AUBURN, Ala.- The City's Citizen Self Service and Vendor Self Service portals will be unavailable during maintenance on Sunday, Sept. 10. The portals will be down beginning at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday and will be available again at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 11.

During this time, updates will be installed to provide customers with the most stable and secure payment services available. After the maintenance is complete, customers will be able to resume normal usage.
